Private Limited Liability Company (UAB) “Baltijos investicijų grupė” operates as a real estate development and financial investment company. The Company specialises in the implementation of medium-sized projects of department stores and residential buildings.
Projects implemented by the company in Lithuania:

- In 2004 - department store BIG in Klaipėda;
- In 2006 - department store BIG in Vilnius;
- In 2008 - department store BIG2 in Klaipėda.

The new multi-functional commercial-residential complex, built on the land plot of 4.3 hectares in area, in the southern part of the city, in a strategically convenient position in Klaipėda City, consists of a department store and three multi-storey residential buildings. The total area of the residential buildings, two of which contain 22 storeys and one contains 25 storeys, and of the department store constitutes 75,000 sq. m. 378 flats have been built. 465 underground car parking spaces as well as 73 store-rooms (for bicycles, strollers, etc.) have been set up.

The first multi-storey residential building at Taikos pr. 141 A in Klaipėda was recognised as fit for use on the 31st of August, 2009. The second residential building at Taikos pr. 141 B is planned to be delivered by the 1st of December, 2011. The delivery of the third residential building at Taikos pr. 141 C is planned to take place in the 4th quarter of 2012 – the 1st quarter of 2013.

For the residential buildings, spacious flats of contemporary layout have been designed:

- Two-room flats – ranging from 57 to 61 sq. m. with glazed loggias of 4.5, 10 or 24 sq. m. in area;
- Three-room flats – ranging from 72 to 73 sq. m. with glazed loggias of 10 or 24 sq. m. in area.

Project’s general contractor – AB “Panevėžio statybos trestas”. It is one of Lithuania’s largest construction companies and the oldest operating one, whose shares are listed in the stock exchange.
